Satisfactory breakfast with barista coffee. Exceptional views.- Wonderful & comfy room, with a terrace and a balcony.- Awesome and charming setting close to the island of Sant Erasmo, a boat ride away from the main island of Venice

The location of the restaurant was incredible – just walking distance from everywhere we needed. The restaurant offered wholesome fresh food. The bed was very comfy. The area was really quiet.

I loved the location. The vaporetto from Venice is a pleasant trip and the fifteen minute walk from the stop to the hotel is very peaceful with lovely views. The room was spacious and bright with a view over the market gardens.
Breakfast was too late for me (8:30-10:00) and not worth waiting for anyway: white bread, canned fruit salad, coffee in thermoses.

Beautiful island, we spent a whole day cycling around (free bike use from the hotel). Really relaxing and the roads are very well paved, wide, flat and virtually traffic free. Staff were very friendly, chilled and relaxed. Very considerate and can pick you up and take you back to the vaporetto using one of their vans.Bathroom facilities would be perfect for elderly travellers - high toilet seats, support rails in the shower and seats.
Two singles put together as a double which therefore was uncomfortable. Food was interesting - hotel restaurant never served all dishes together and the order that you got your food was a bit of pot luck.

The property is immaculately clean and the staff is super friendly. The location on the public transport water buses offers amazing views. The room is huge and a great base for a longer stay.

The hotel's located on a gorgeous little island away from Venice, but it was a nice place to relax and walk around a little, away from the tourists on the main island. There were also bicycles for rent to explore the island. We had an excellent experience.
We spent quite a lot of time on the water bus travelling between the tourist attractions in Venice and the hotel.

Promissed was a room with 1 large bed or 2 single beds. There was only 1 single bed which was very small and 1.90m long. Not big enough for a person 1.93 long. Next day the (fire?) alarm went on at 2:30 am.
